During my tenure as a Personal Assistant, these are the roles I played:

1. I acted as point between the manager and internal/external clients.
2. I screened and directed phone calls and distributed correspondence.
3. I managed diary and scheduled meetings and appointments.
4. I made travel arrangements(including flights, accomodation and ground transportation ),took dictation
and minutes.
5. I handled requests and
queries appropriately.
6. I run errands as requested.
7. Managed light kitchen duties.

Asides my duties, I have strong interpersonal skills, tech savvy, active communication and listening skills. I have a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to multitask.
Strong time management and organization skills.

Held class representative position for 3 consecutive years in highschool and a secretarial position in university. I'm very calm creative.
