Introduction
I am currently working as a Production Administrator at Zuvela D.O.O.. here in Croatia. In this position I am responsible for all the production workers efficiency, calculation and preparation of workers salary, documentation of working permits for the workers, preparing daily, weekly and monthly and yearly production reports, Put in Point Of Sales of finished product for sales transaction and inventory control, organizing shifts, keeping employee’s records. Throughout this year doing this job, I maintained good relationships with the people I work with, as a result of which I was able to keep the work flow of the company smooth, plain and resourceful.
I would describe myself as a trustworthy person which I can say the most important factor to a person. I also have strong patience and strong mathematical and analytical with a keen eye for details, a good work ethic and a yearning for learning. I always make sure to ask the right questions to minimize error and wastage. I am a responsible person with strong interpersonal skills, cheerful and positive, team work oriented and proactive and with a proficient knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook). My natural curiosity helps me to learn and to progress. And being constructive communicator makes me illustrate my ability to navigate and collaborate in teams and one on one. I have very good English communication skills in writing and on the phone/ verbal.
