If you are in search of a dedicated, hardworking administrative professional with a can-do attitude, then I am the individual you are seeking. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am currently in the process of learning American Sign Language. Additionally, I am First Aid and CPR certified through the American Red Cross. I have had the opportunity to work in various customer service positions for the past seven years, and I have a strong desire to continue doing so.
I am currently the Operations Technician for the Child Abuse Prevention Council. Within my role, I am the lead for outreach, public education awareness, and making recommendations for campaigns. I have been a lead coordinator in major events such as:
• The annual toy drive in which we serve over 1,200 foster youth
• The annual conference in which we bring child abuse awareness to both community members and professionals
• The annual awards dinner in which we fundraise and have an awards dinner to recognize advocates of the year for their outstanding work who have influenced the lives of youth and families

With that being said, I make it a point to treat our clients and the community I serve with the utmost respect by making them feel welcomed. I’m a detail oriented, energetic, friendly individual with a positive attitude that is contagious to the people around me. I work equally well in a team or on a solo project, depending on the task. I have a strong work ethic and am highly self-motivated. I strive for success in all I do and am certain I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
