Since 2013 upon my return to the US, I have been working in property and private estate management, as well as independent contractor, implementing task and management tools acquired in diverse but interconnected fields, in US and abroad (hospitality, property, private estate, hotel management). Hence, such experience has developed a very versatile, knowledgeable, self directed, confident professional, capable of managing businesses, large estates, multiple properties, and a large staff.

My expertise in private estates and households includes: management of estate/house organization, maintenance, operations costs, forecasting and reporting of budgets and expenses. Selection and training of housekeepers, nannies, tutors, and personal assistants. Management of bids, vendors and suppliers, purchasing of furniture, equipment and real estate. Creation of manuals, operations and procedures, to diminish costs by keeping a high level of service. Renovation coordination, interior design, event-travel planning and management. Chartering of yachts and planes. Understanding of legal contracts, finance and real estate acquisition/sale processes. Management of up to 40 people and a renovation/operation budget up to $6 million. My international background, travels for work and pleasure to Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helps me to get along with diverse cultures and to oversee an international staff.

My business education acquired at an US university, complemented by my hands-on experience as General Manager/CEO, provides me with technical “hard”skills such as: financial and business analysis, market research and plan, yield management, budget planning and management, real estate acquisition and sale. Such a background makes a valuable and resourceful Business Assistant, Corporate or Private office Manager.

Free of any commitments can travel, oversee multiple properties, resorts, and yachts. Self directed, polished, classy, well traveled.
