I'm more than a Personal Assistant. I would harken myself to be more like a life assistant because, in addition to helping clients with their day-to-day needs, I assist with the needs of the heart and mind as well. I always see the glass half full. I'm optimistic in every situation, and I've assisted many by always being willing to pour words of encouragement and speak life into them.
As a Personal Assistant, I have a unique set of skills that allow me to excel. The skills I possess have helped me be successful in this type of role.
They are problem-solving, attention to detail, self-confidence, communication, organization, passion for helping others, multitasking skills, discretion, initiative, positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. But the most important skill is being of assistance for the "whole person"; not seeing the job as just a job, but an invitation to touch a life and make a great impact.
