Job Description
I am looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable professional to act as a Personal Assistant, supporting the management of personal and family routines.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendar, appointments, and priorities
* Oversee daily routines (payments, deadlines, shopping, and general logistics)
* Plan and coordinate travel (itineraries, bookings, and follow-ups)
* Coordinate suppliers, services, and deliveries
* Organize events and social engagements
* Provide administrative support (documents, communications, and task follow-ups)
* Handle specific personal matters (e.g., pets, home maintenance, family-related tasks)

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
* Strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Solution-oriented, able to make decisions and execute independently
* Strong communication skills
* Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
* Experience supporting international families or lifestyles
