We are seeking a professional, trustworthy, and nurturing nanny to assist with the daily care and early development of our twin toddlers in a private family home in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate should not only provide attentive childcare but also actively support the children’s learning, language development, and cognitive growth through age-appropriate activities, play, and interaction. This role requires someone who is patient, organized, and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children.
The nanny will work within a structured household environment and may coordinate with another nanny to ensure the children’s needs and routines are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Childcare
Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for twin toddlers
Supervise children during playtime, meals, and daily routines
Assist with feeding while maintaining strict hygiene standards
Monitor children's comfort, safety, and well-being throughout the day
Ensure children follow their daily routine including naps, meals, and playtime
Early Development & Learning
Support language development by speaking with the children, naming objects, and reading simple books
Engage the children in age-appropriate developmental activities
Encourage motor skill development through active play and movement
Provide stimulating play that supports curiosity and sensory exploration
Encourage positive behavior, interaction, and social development
Organization & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all children’s items (clothes, toys, bottles, pacifiers, etc.)
Keep children’s play areas clean and safe
Ensure feeding equipment and children’s belongings are properly cleaned and organized
Assist in maintaining a tidy and safe environment for the children
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience caring for toddlers or young children
Patient, calm, and nurturing personality
Highly attentive to cleanliness, hygiene, and child safety
Ability to engage children in learning through play and interaction
Organized, reliable, and responsible
Honest and respectful of family privacy
Ability to follow instructions and maintain structured routines
Experience in early childhood development, Montessori-style activities, or educational play is considered a strong advantage.
