ROLE SUMMARY (what makes this role different)
We are seeking a high-caliber Arabic-speaking governess-nanny who will:
?? Educate (Arabic + early learning)??? Manage full daily routine??? Be fully hands-on with childcare
?? This is not a supervisory governess role — it is actively involved daily care + structured education

?? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
?? Education (Governess)
* Teach Arabic language daily (spoken + structured)
* Support:
* Reading readiness
* Writing basics
* Numbers & cognitive skills
* Plan:
* Weekly learning themes
* Activities for both age groups

?? Hands-on Childcare (Nanny)
* Morning routine (wake, dress, hygiene)
* Bathing and grooming
* Meal preparation / feeding support
* School preparation (bags, uniforms)
* Nap and bedtime routines
?? Must be personally hands-on, not delegating

?? Routine Management
* Create and manage structured daily schedule
* Balance:
* Learning
* Play
* Rest
* Adjust based on children’s needs

?? Communication
* Daily updates:
* Learning progress
* Behavior
* Meals
* Weekly developmental feedback

?? REQUIREMENTS
?? Native or fluent Arabic + strong English
??? Background in:
* Early Childhood Education OR
* Teaching OR
* Child development
?? Experience with:
* Toddlers + early school-age children
??? Warm, structured, and proactive personality

SALARY (Dubai realistic)
* TBC

? SCHEDULE
* Full-time (live-in or live-out depending on your preference)
* 6 days per week
