About the Role:
We are a high-profile family seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Career Nanny / Housekeeper to join our family for the long term. We are welcoming newborn twins and require a professional who is capable of working under pressure and managing a routine.
We are offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to relocate with us to Italy (Milan) with full legal visa sponsorship.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Newborn Care: Full responsibility for twins (feeding, sterilizing bottles, diaper changes, settling, and sleep training support).
• Night Cover: Must be willing to support with night feeds and share the room with babies during the initial months to ensure parents rest.
• Hygiene: Maintaining strict hygiene standards in the nursery and home.
• Housekeeping: Assisting with nursery duties (laundry, ironing baby clothes) and general light housekeeping to keep the home organized.
• Travel: Travelling with the family between Istanbul, Italy, and summer holidays.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Nationality: Open.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience with Newborns and Twins.
• Language: Excellent level of English is mandatory.
• Personality: Hard-working, discreet, flexible, and looking for a long-term position (2+ years).
• References: Must provide verifiable references from previous families.
