Dear Candidate

We are a Swiss family with a 5-year-old girl and a 2-year-old, living in the heart of Bern, Switzerland looking for a full-time Nanny Housekeeper.

In your position, you will:

-Manage independently some housekeeping duties, mainly grocery shopping and cooking

-Provide childcare and babysitting duties when needed

-Join us for family trips (1-2 times a year)

Our requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience living with a family; housekeeping experience and caring for babies and toddlers are essential

-Outgoing, flexible and friendly personality, happy to cook (mainly dinner), very well-organized and at ease managing the household without close supervision and taking initiative when required

-In addition to English, one of the Swiss languages (French, Italian or German) is an advantage (family speaks several languages at home incl. English, French and Italian)

-Active driver is a must

Start date: Upon agreement (Dec 2018 - Jan 2019)

*Important: In order to live and work Switzerland, you must be either an EU national or have a residence permit (B or C) for Switzerland. For administrative reasons, it is not possible for us to get you a work visa if you are a national of a country outside of the EU.

As our nannny housekeeper you will:

-Manage housekeeping duties like grocery shopping and cooking

-Help with the care for the children (the girl goes to school 5x per week, the boy 3x per week) - pick up from school, take to activities

-Be flexible and willing to adapt to the changing needs of our lifestyle, have a strong attention to detail and able to take decisions and prioritize the needs of the day on your own initiative

Requierements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience living with a family; housekeeping experience and caring for small kids and toddlers essential

-Outgoing, flexible and friendly personality, must be very well-organized, comfortable managing the household without close supervision, able to adapt to the changing needs of our lifestyle, take decisions and prioritize the needs of the day

-In addition to English, one of the Swiss languages (French, Italian or German) preferred (family speaks several languages at home incl. English, French and Italian)

-Active driver a must
