We would love to welcome a genuinely honest, kind, warm, friendly, responsible and patient babysitter/au pair/nanny (live in/out) into our home and family.

Clear, friendly and direct communication is very important to us as well as having a cooperative problem-solving attitude - we’re doing this together and would like to see you as a member of our family and that you also look at the experience the same way. It’s important you understand what a very important person you will become for our kids, like a true big sister, and we need to know you’re mature enough to take on that kind of responsibility long term.

Your duties would be to take care of our two children (10 and 12 years old) between when they get home from school and we get home from work (so 12-17) as well as on shorter school breaks. You need to have a driver’s license, so you can pick them up after school and drive them home (10 minutes) and if you’re a confident driver who’s not afraid of some snow, that’s a plus!

In the afternoons you’ll interact with them, make snacks and smoothies, fruit salads, sometimes dinner, hang out and game together, chill on the couch, chat, play or do some activity. Our kids are into K-pop (the daughter 12 yo) and gaming/YouTube (the son who’s 10 yo).

The main language spoken at home is English and Swedish, but we’re also fluent in Dutch.
