Live-In Nanny Needed in Curaçao – Long-Term Position


We are a warm and welcoming family living on the beautiful island of Curaçao, and we are looking for a full-time live-in nanny to join our home and care for our daughter, who is almost 2 years old. She is not attending daycare, so this role involves full-time childcare during the week.

We also have a 12-year-old son, but he is very independent and does not require supervision.

We are looking for someone kind, trustworthy, and motivated who is interested in a long-term role — ideally 5 to 10 years — and who will become a reliable and valued part of our household.

Key Duties
Full-time care for our toddler (feeding, dressing, playing, naps)

Creating a fun and structured routine (indoor and outdoor play, reading, singing)

Willingness to take her to the beach, park, or on walks

Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)

Cooking family meals

Occasional travel with our family

Requirements
Childcare experience: Minimum 3 years, especially with young children

Language: at least basic English, fluent in Spanish

Education: High school diploma required; childcare training preferred

Passport: Valid passport for international travel

References: At least two strong references

Criminal record: Clean background check

Willingness to relocate to Curaçao for at least 12 months

Personality: Energetic, motivated, caring, and reliable

Preferred age: 35–45 years old

Preferred nationalities: Peru, Venezuela, or Colombia

Work Schedule
6 days per week

Compensation
Monthly salary: $1,100–$1,300 USD, depending on experience

Travel: One round-trip flight home per year (paid by us)

Vacation: 2 paid weeks off per year, usually when the family travels

Personal expenses: You cover personal toiletries and personal spending

Health insurance: You cover your own (approx. $1,100/year)
