We are an international family, a German father (32) and a Ghanaian mother (29), expecting our first child, a baby boy, in early January.
Our family currently resides in the heart of Ulaanbaatar City, offering a comfortable living environment. We enjoy good food, quality time, games and movies and will welcome the perfect candidate into our small family

To support us in caring for our newborn, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in nanny. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, responsible, and fluent in English, with experience in newborn care.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide attentive and loving care for our newborn baby.
-Assist with daily routines, including feeding, bathing, and sleep schedules.
-Light household support related to baby care (laundry, sterilizing bottles, preparing baby meals).
-Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for the baby.
-Communicate openly with parents about the baby’s needs and progress.

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a nanny or childcare professional, preferably with newborns.
-Fluent in English (spoken and written). Fluent in Mongolian is a big asset
-Ability to live on-site in our home.
-Reliable, patient, and proactive.
-References from previous families are required.
