Hello! We are a Japanese family.
We live in Minami Azabu, Minato-ku Tokyo.
We are looking for someone who can help with babysitting and easy household chores.
We're currently looking for a part-time nanny because I'm pregnant, and I'm giving birth around end of June.
-Location: Minamiazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo (Close to Arisugawa Park!)
-Job: Babysitting, Chores, Teaching English, Reading books, Playing at the park, ...etc
My daughter is 2 years and 8 months old.
She is a super active and funny girl. She goes to an International Preschool(Reggio Emilia school ), 8:30-14:30 every weekday.
We are not good at speaking English, but I've been studying English for about 8 months.
We need a babysitter who is friendly and really loves our kids.

Salary:¥250,000+ transportation (negotiable)
-Salary increase possible
-irregular time/day (work outside of the regular schedule) +¥2000/hour
-Contract renewal every 3 months (not decided)
-We'll be offering a small bonus at every renewal period (depending on the level of the work performed)
Time: 14:00-19:00(Pick up time 14:30)
Days : Mon-Fri (Sometimes I might need help during weekends )
Job details:
*Casual house work(cleaning up the kitchen, floor and bathroom, making dinner, making the bed and so on. )
I'm a home maker now, so the above won't always be necessary, but sometimes I'll need help.
*pick up my daughter from school
*drop her off at some lessons
*Take care of our second newborn baby.
*Play with my kids
*Teach the kids (and me?) English
*Go out (e.g Disney land) with us or come with us on a trip to help out
-(ex, ¥20,000 8h/day)
*Participation in school events with me
