Thank you for your interest in joining our family as a nanny. Before we get into the details of the position, we’d love to introduce ourselves so you can get a better sense of who we are and what we’re looking for.
We are a Christian-Catholic family based in Lethe, just outside Montego Bay, where we operate an event venue and short-term accommodations. Our work often requires us to be available around the clock, which means we need a nanny who can provide steady, loving care for our two daughters—a lively and curious 3-year-old and a gentle 1-year-old.
Our household is multigenerational, with a semi-retired matriarch who lives with us. "Dad" works off property daily, while "Mom" is involved in the business, balancing both on-property responsibilities and off-property errands.
We also share our home with 2 small dogs, so comfort around animals is a plus.
As a family, we strive to be considerate, respectful, and easy to work with. We understand the importance of finding the right fit for both sides, and we’re looking for someone who is professional, polite, straightforward, and kind. The right nanny for us will not only care for our daughters’ daily needs but will also nurture them with patience, attentiveness, and love.
We're looking for a nanny that understands that constant improvement is a part of any long-term role. We need to be able to fine-tune care-giving that doesn't align with what we want for our children, every parent and child is different and we have to keep this in mind.

Our family is looking for a gentle, qualified and dependable nanny to assist with caring for our children.
Our home is in the serene countryside of Lethe, just on the outskirts of Montego Bay near Anchovy, St. James. We are blessed with two wonderful daughters—our playful and energetic 3-year-old, who loves to explore and stay active, and our 1-year-old who needs gentle, engaging care.
We’re looking for a female nanny who can effectively balance both energies—someone lively enough to keep up with toddler adventures while also being tender and patient with an infant’s needs.
This is a full-time position, long-term as well(if we find the right fit) and we are open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, depending on what works best for the right person.
Daily responsibilities will include engaging our toddler in fun, educational activities, ensuring her safety while she plays and explores, and tending to our newborn’s feeding, diapering, and soothing routines. Light household duties related to the children, such as tidying up their spaces, washing bottles, and preparing simple meals, will also be part of the role. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves children—someone kind, attentive, and reliable, who will create a nurturing environment for our girls as they grow.
