We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing live-in nanny to care for our 17-month-old child in Lethe, Copse District, Hanover, the position is Live-in with every other weekend off. The ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our family, with the potential for a long-term relationship as we may expand our family in the future. The nanny will have standard nanny duties including but not limited to diaper changing, bath giving, meal prep, dressing, going through bedtime routines, caring for the child if she gets sick, ensuring the well-rounded development of the child. Attending church with the child and ourselves, a Christian-Catholic candidate would be ideal for family dynamics, but not required. Maintaining open and transparent communication with the parents regarding the child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or issues that may arise. Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child's care, such as tidying up toys, laundering the child's clothes, and keeping the nursery and play areas clean and organized. Be flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule or routine. Activities such as going outside, identifying various colors animals Etc, spending time with family, friends and playdates, having light activities such as reading and other age appropriate activities. Spanish speaking is a bonus for us as well. The candidate will have her own space in the house, room and bathroom. If the nanny candidate is a good match with us we would like to explore options of long-term care with the possibility of international travel in the future.
