*Trust* is a mandatory requirement for me.
Also I am looking for someone who will feel at home & comfortable with us. I will have to travel at times so the person will have to spend the night with my son. Trust is therefore very important.
As for the duties:
Tacking care of my son;
Tutoring (I may get a certified tutor).
