We’re an expat family living outside Ghent, consisting of Mum, Dad, 7 year old girl and a 10month old boy, as well as 2 cats :)

Our baby boy is full of curiosity and smiles, and we’re looking for someone kind and reliable to help care for him a few days a week while we work from home.

Both of us work remotely, so we’ll usually be around in the house, but we’d love someone who can take the lead in caring for our son during the day — playing with him, reading, taking him for walks, feeding him, changing nappies, and keeping him comfortable and happy. He loves being outside, exploring new textures, and interacting with people, so someone who enjoys engaging play and gentle communication would be a great fit.

We’re looking for help three days per week, and we can be flexible with which days and the exact hours. We’re also open to discussing the salary depending on your experience and availability.

We value kindness, clear communication, and creating a positive atmosphere for both our child and the person caring for him.

Part-time Nanny (3 days/week) – Ghent area

We are looking for a caring and reliable nanny to help look after our baby boy for 3 days per week (days and hours flexible). Both parents work from home, so we’re seeking someone who can provide loving, attentive care and keep our baby happy and engaged during the day.

Main tasks:

Caring for and playing with our baby

Taking him for walks and outdoor time

Feeding and nappy changes

Supporting his daily routine and development through gentle, responsive interaction

We offer a friendly, calm environment and are open to discussing working hours and salary depending on experience.
