Family's Introduction to
We are a young couple of two lawyers looking for some daily help with our two sons. We are both Greek, but we are fluent in English and French. We are sociable, like to discuss any issues that may arise openly and honestly, and expect the same of the person we would hire. We are reasonable when it comes to the person's own interests and responsibilities, and we would like to have a clear understanding of what these may be from the start, in order to come to a mutually acceptable working arrangement.
We are looking for a reliable, independent person, with proven experience in childcare, including infants and toddlers, to take care of our two sons, the eldest one three and a half years old and the youngest one two months old. We would like someone to work full-time 5 days a week, and few hours in the weekend. The successful candidate will be asked to care for the children, play with them, feed them, and take the eldest one to school and to activities. This is not a housekeeper job, we have a cleaning lady, but it is important to us that the nanny keeps the room and play area tidy, as well as the kitchen. We require that the person has significant experience and preferably training in working with children, and a minimum of 2 references. We are willing to offer a competitive monthly salary and a generous annual leave to the person we hire.
