Welcome to our family and home. We are excited about having someone join us on our adventure with our baby girl, Leia.
We are Liem and Laura. We meet in San Francisco and have been together for 8 years. I was born in Vietnam and came to the US when I was 5 years old. I did my Masters at Univ California San Diego and have lived all over the world, in Asia and Europe and Australia. I love the outdoors and animals. Laura was born in China and did a Masters at the Univ of York in the UK. She has lived and worked in many places around the world, including Dusseldorf, Germany and Venezuela. She loves the outdoors, mountains, horses, and Chinese food. We both work for large American tech companies.
We have a baby girl (born Nov 2019) and a darling. She loves to read books, play, learn new words, and has a happy personality. She is great at peek-a-boo and is starting to learn words -she can't pronounce everything but understand most everything you say.
We have two loving cats, Bart and Zoe. They are sweet and affectionate and are a big part of our lives. Bart is grumpy sometimes and hides in the closet when he is scared. Bart is quiet but very loyal and will follow you around the house. Zoe is older and is very independent. She is very vocal and will always tell you what she needs, like “I want to go outside to the patio.” She is always napping in a sunny spot and loves to be brushed.
We recently moved to Singapore and there is lots to do and explore. We are near the water, parks, malls, and subway.
We both have home offices so Laura will be home most of the time and will breast feed Leia. I travel internationally for work once a month (7-10 day trips). We try to eat healthy. We take walks after dinner.
We would welcome you as one of the family and participate in everything we do. You will be Leia’s big sister! We have much to share and hope to learn from you as well.

Be able to travel to Singapore (those who are fully vaccinated can travel from Germany quarantine free now).
American couple recently moved and living in Singapore looking for an au pair/nanny to help with our 2 year old daughter. She loves to play and is a fast learner and constant giggler.
