Seeking nanny to help run our household of two children. We have our grandmother here who will always be helping to watch at least one child. This makes it easy for one child to go to a class/activity while the other child does something age-appropriate or maybe naps.
We have found the au pair style arrangement works well and would want something similar for this position: you will have a private room, and access to our entire home as if you're a member of our family. You're welcome to eat meals with us, attend events with us, go to church with us, etc. Of course, you don't have to do all of this with us and will have your own private life too.
Must be energetic, ability to engage with children in imagination play, and must be able to exercise authority to keep children well-behaved.
