Most important must love kids. Kids are in school Monday -Friday and are gone those days almost all day. They are home for 3 hrs during those days and go to sleep by 8:00 am. While they are away responsibilities include cleaning, laundry and cooking (Knowing how to cook is a must.) we like eating healthy food. Other duties including getting kids ready for school. When kids are home, attention is only given to the kids. No cleaning or cooking. Playing with kids, doing activities and homework such as reading and math.
