Hello! We are excited to meet our new nanny. We are both working professionals. My husband is a doctor and I work as a consultant and business owner. We have two kids. My son is 4. He is a loving, shy and curious child. He’s very playful once he warms to you however. He has no allergies but is particular about food. He loves cars, books and playing outside. My daughter was just recently born. She is 1 month currently and will be around 5/6 months by the time you join us. Our current nanny will be moving to New York and we are super sad to see her go. She has been with us a year plus at this point so we are very close. She is a native Spanish speaker so she has been great with assisting our son in learning his numbers, letters and colors in Spanish. We would like to continue this tradition of Spanish being integrated into his language development. We look forward to having you as part of our family.

A typical weekday involves Dad leaving the home around 7-7:30AM for work. Our current nanny wakes up around this time to get started on my son's morning routine. This involves making breakfast for both of them, getting his lunch ready for school and finally getting him ready (wash face, brush teeth, change clothes etc) and then dropping him off at school. Mom leaves the house around this time for her office or she works from home. After drop off, nanny will return to assist with baby. She is to help feed, change diapers, play and take walks outside. Mom will often be in the home to help. You are given an hour break during working time to eat, take a walk or whatever you choose to do. Around 4pm, nanny can head to pick up my son and upon returning can start Dinner and offer him a snack. If working from home, Mom is here to assist with son and/or dinner at this time. Dad is home around 5/6pm every day. We have two hours or so to have dinner together, chill, play, put dishes in dishwasher etc and then its bath-time for my son and baby. I can handle baby while nanny helps with my son. Bedtime will be handled by myself or husband. We have professionally cleaners who come every week so most of the chores have to do with tidying up/maintenance more than housekeeping. Nanny will have their own car for use and weekends are off days. If we need your help, we will ask in advance and a per hour rate will be provided to work on weekends. Our family travels quite a bit both domestic and international. We would like someone who is open to domestic travel with the family. Lastly, You will be provided with your own large bedroom and bathroom will be shared with the children. We value your privacy and understand your alone time is yours to do with as you please.
