We are an active, homeschooling family, living on a small farm. We love family time, working together, learning together, and playing together. We are developing our farm into a permaculture style farm, and equestrian training facility. We incorporate Charlotte Mason/Montessori philosophy in our education style, and the older children play instruments using Suzuki method. We hope our nanny will enjoy the journey with us, and become life long family.

We are looking for a nanny/governess to primarily help with the care of the three youngest children(8M, 2yr, 3yr), while the mother devotes focused time to the older childrens education, and upkeep of the farm and home. We are seeking a nanny who loves children and helping them development through living ideas and experiences. Nannies role can be arranged to be more diversified throughout the needs of the home/family/farm(i.e. cooking, gardening, helping with homeschool curriculum, housekeeping), based on the interests and skills of the right candidate. We have a detached apartment for live-in option.
