I had no idea what to write here so I asked one of our previous au pair to write something.

Hi! My name is Atzy, just now I'm the au pair here. I've been au pair before in France and in Italy and now here, and I can tell you that this familly is the best one with I've been! the is really very nice, the boy's name is Alex, and the girl is Ashley , they're so cute, all the time are laughing, playing, I don't know why but they have always a lot of energy!!! they're just so funny! The father's name is Michael, he works at home so if you need something or there's a problem he's there and that's easier for you!

They live in Merrick that is a "little city" near from New York city (30 min by train) and from the beach (less then 10 min by car), is not that big but you can find all that you want here! Is a very nice place to live, I just love it!

You will have your own room with computer, TV, DVD, stereo... next to your room is the bathroom for you.

I really don't know what more I can say, they're just great and I'm sure you will enjoy them as much as I did!

The job would be a couple of flexible hours a day of house hold care (laundry, cleaning and cooking) . And an around and hour of things like running errand or projects. We are very flexible on the hours. We welcome one person or two people to explore New York and Long Island. We will provide all living expenses. We are open to sort to long or short term arrangements. Please let us know if you want to discuss this further.

Both children are competitive judo players who travel and train very often. So, part of the job will be taking care of the dogs, cats and the house on weekends if we are away (which is most weekends)

This is a part-time live-in job.
