Family's Introduction to Nanny
We are a late 20s family living in Knoxville, TN looking for a live-in nanny or au-pair. We are hoping to have the child be at day-care half the time to boost their immune system and socialization skills. We are both active and scientifically oriented, open-minded people.
Our ideal candidate is looking for a long term live-in nanny situation. We would also love an au-pair but since we will be having several more children, finding someone great for long term is preferred. Additionally, we would also prefer someone open-minded, physically active, and would help with some housework.
PS: We currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment but have no extra/private room for an au pair/live-in nanny (1 bedroom, 1 nursery, 1 business room). We could probably shuffle some stuff around and give you a space but it wouldn't be much. We may be house hunting within the next half year so we are kind of preemptively looking but if having a small space for several months isn't a deal breaker, shoot us a message. We would love some help!

Job Description
Help take care of our baby (currently 3mo old as of Christmas 2021) while we are working. The wife is an amazing cook so if you could help with some housework that would be great.
