single aged parent with ongoing work commitments and limited travel with high school age daughter 13 into year 9 school -- Daughter is into Music (Singing, Piano and Guitar) and loves her two dogs, One cat (all rescues) ; Loves to swim and watch Korean dramas and listens to KPOP among other genre's . She loves fashion and outfits/attire. Help her pick out her homecoming dress and proper outfit for her sisters wedding. We are renovating the Au-Pair / Nanny room: new bath with walk in shower, 12' x 14' bedroom with upgraded facilities and view to the pool. Will provide a safe car to drive for errands. will support driving lessons as needed to get certified locally. We hope you like to play family games, that you like to cook and share your cooking talents, that you like to travel and try new things--ziplining, parasailing, snowmobiling, skiing, and can happily travel by car and by airplane. Reading books is a good habit to share with Daughter.

- essentially support for 13 year old entering Year 9 in High school. Mother passed away unexpectedly in 2024 . Driving, coaching on homework, laundry, cooking healthy meals, Pet tolerant/pet loving ( 3 "rescue" animals share the house-2 dogs one cat--all friendly) active encouragement and participation in sports and physical activities --walking, running, bike riding, swimming, volleyball, etc. Willingness to cook and teach cooking to daughter. promote personal responsibility--cleaning up. tidy rooms, laundry basics Ability to travel domestically and internationally . Looking to enhance non screen activities and discourage activities on the phone or computer. LIke to draw, paint and build lego's ( LEGGO big scale -1000 piece set is not atypical)
