Family's Introduction to Nanny

Our family is made up of Katie (Mum), Kirk (Dad) and Maya (energetic 2 1/2 year old). Kirk is trying to open a business is Albania. Although this visit is only for a few weeks we do plan to be in Albania soon for a longer period of time.
Kirk is originally from Australia, Katie is from Alaska, USA and our family lives in Seattle, WA, USA. We all love Albania and are so excited to spend more time there.
We would love to have an Albanian with good English (doesn't have to be perfect) help care for Maya while we are in Tirana. Other nationalities are welcome as well. We are a global family!

Job Description
We have a 30 month old daughter who we need someone to care for during the day. Our current trip is from Jan 13th - Feb 3rd.
I am hoping to start a business in Albania so we plan to return many times in the future. It would be great to find someone we can build a relationship with for future visits.
If you are willing to help with tasks outside of childcare then we would be happy to compensate you for that effort though childcare is our only "requirement"
