Hello,
I moved to Greece a year ago, I’m a nutritionist and health coach, also have lots of experience working with kids in USA and México since I used to be an English teacher for at least 9 years of my life.
I offer my services as a *Nanny PLUS Health Coach for Children* assisting parents following coaching techniques that mainly focus on:
-Manage emotions such as anger or anxiety.
-Build higher self-esteem and increased self-confidence.
-Identify triggers or causes for negative behaviours or emotions.
-Develop positive relationships with other children and adults.
I do grounding exercises for children so they learn to feel and understand their emotions, let all stress out by doing free dancing, breathing techniques and do lots of interactive learning games so they can discover and develop their skills.
Also practice routines and discipline to make sure kids develope security and trust.
I will give you templates in form of PDF to practice routines and help children be more discipline in a natural confortable way.
