My name is Irish Mae, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m a caring, responsible, patient, and family-oriented person who would love the opportunity to become an au pair and be part of a welcoming family abroad.
I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I have experience helping care for children from infancy through school age, including caring for my nephew and helping with children in a kindergarten setting. I enjoy reading stories, singing, doing arts and crafts, playing, and helping children learn and explore in a fun and safe way. I understand that every child is different, so I always try to be patient, attentive, and supportive.
I’m also comfortable helping with everyday household tasks such as preparing simple meals, cooking and baking, washing dishes, laundry, ironing, cleaning, and keeping things organized. I studied Food & Pastries, so cooking and baking are things I genuinely enjoy. I’d be happy to prepare some Filipino dishes for your family and also learn your family’s favorite meals and traditions. ??
I would love to experience a new culture, improve my language skills, discover a new country, and most importantly, become a trusted part of my host family’s everyday life. For me, being an au pair is not simply about travelling—it’s about cultural exchange, building meaningful connections, and helping a family while learning from each other.
