I grew up helping take care of my younger brother and my nieces, which taught me how important patience, understanding, and responsibility are when caring for children.
I want to become an Au Pair because I want to experience living in a different country, learn about another culture, and become more independent while doing something meaningful. I also want to improve my communication and language skills and experience what it is like to become part of a host family.
I have always enjoyed spending time with children because of my experience taking care of my younger brother and nieces. I would love the opportunity to continue developing my childcare skills while also sharing my Filipino culture, traditions, food, and experiences with my host family.
