For me, caregiving has never just been a job—it’s something I’ve spent more than 25 years learning, growing, and finding genuine joy in. I’ve cared for children from infancy through adolescence, supported families through all kinds of stages and challenges, and learned that the best caregivers become trusted members of the family.

I also bring 16+ years of professional experience working with children with special needs, including extensive experience supporting children with autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I’ve provided individualized therapy, worked directly with families, and coached parents on practical strategies to help their children thrive at home and in the community. I bring that same patience, understanding, and individualized approach to my nanny and caregiving work.

Whether your child needs an energetic playmate, a calm and patient caregiver, extra support with routines and transitions, or someone who simply understands that every child is wonderfully different, I meet them where they are. I believe children deserve to feel safe, respected, understood, and genuinely enjoyed—and parents deserve to feel completely comfortable walking out the door.

I also have experience with infant care, pet sitting, and house sitting, so I’m happy to help with the little things that make family life easier. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, have a clean driving record, and can provide references and background-check information as needed.
