Shalom, dear Host Family,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Moe, and I would love to share a little about myself with you in a sincere and gentle way.

I was born and raised in the countryside of Vietnam. Growing up, I did not truly understand what love felt like within my own family, not because love was absent, but because we simply did not know how to express it in the right way. There were many reasons, both external and internal, that led me to become a version of myself that I did not like. For a long time, I struggled without knowing how to change.

There was a period in my life when I reached a very low point. I felt overwhelmed by stress from work and personal relationships. It was during that time that I experienced a turning point when I found God. I came to understand that I am deeply loved by Him, and through His love, I began to be healed.

As I continued walking with God, I felt a clear calling to work with young children through a homeschool model, where about 80 percent of the environment is in English and each adult cares for only 2 to 3 children. I believe God is leading me on this path not only to serve, but also to be healed and to learn through this work.

I discovered that I truly love children. I am patient with them, and I find joy in caring for and guiding them. Before this, I was working in the IT field, which offered attractive opportunities and strong career growth, as I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Yet deep in my heart, I knew I was being called to a different path, one that is more meaningful and aligned with love and purpose.

At this stage of my life, I feel a strong desire to learn, to experience, and to grow, so that I can become a more useful instrument in God's plan. One day, I may have my own family and children, and I hope to raise them with love, understanding, and faith. To become a mother is, to me, a beautiful and meaningful calling for a woman.

In the past, I never imagined that I could live or work abroad. I thought it was beyond my reach, financially, linguistically, and personally. I did not have enough confidence to believe that I could do it.

But now, as I am writing this letter, something feels different. I realize that if this is truly God's will for me, He will make a way.

I have been praying that, if it is pleasing to Him, He would lead me to a simple and loving family, one that values faith, kindness, and the beauty within each person. I hope that our time together will not only be about work, but also about living together, understanding one another, and learning to love each other.

Even though we may come from different countries, languages, and cultures, differences that have existed since the time of the Tower of Babel, I believe that we are all children of the same Father in Heaven.
