I currently work nights in a residential children's home and due to the impact of nightworking I would like to find a long-term opportunity where I can be of service and contribute with all my skill and expertise as needed.

I am an experienced, Montessori-trained childcare professional with over 20 years working with children from infancy through to adolescence across nursery, school, residential and family settings. I bring exceptional knowledge of child development alongside specialist experience supporting children with additional needs, complex trauma backgrounds and challenging behaviour.
I am calm, reliable and deeply committed to creating nurturing, stimulating environments where children feel safe and thrive. I am equally comfortable managing a busy household — from meal planning and cooking to organisation, logistics and maintaining a warm, well-run home.
