I have always enjoyed working with children and would love to become your family's next Au Pair this summer. I am an extremely hardworking individual who always seeks to rise to the challenge. Currently, I am taking a gap year after graduating with a First Class Honours in International Relations and Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews. I have just returned from spending 5 months working as an Au Pair in Australia.

In total, I have Au Paired for three different families, all of whom I have shared a strong relationship with, as well as regularly babysitting for local families since the age of 16.
During the summers of 2019 and 2020 I worked as an Au Pair in London with the children ranging from the ages of 6-months-old to eleven-years-old. I really enjoyed all of my Au Pair experiences. My responsibilities included creating imaginative play ideas, preparing breakfast and getting the child up and dressed in the morning, taking them to clubs/extra-curricular activities, night-time routine, and preparing dinner once a week for the entire family as well as general household chores. During the children's summer holidays I enjoyed taking them on days out, spending time outdoors and baking with them.

Previously, I have also volunteered at the Riding for the Disabled Association. During my time here I worked with the children and helped during lessons. I really enjoyed seeing the children experience such happiness being around the horses and seeing them gain further confidence each week.

I have always loved being around children and I am extremely passionate about working with them. The job of an Au Pair is a wonderful opportunity for me to discover different ways of life and new cultures. I have always really enjoyed working with children and find it to be an extremely rewarding experience. Being a conscientious and mature individual, as well as my fun and outgoing personality, makes me extremely suitable to the role of an Au Pair.

Personally, I have always been an extremely driven and hardworking individual. I complete all tasks to the very best of my ability and always remain motivated. Having fun with the children and helping them to develop and gain confidence is extremely important to me whilst also being a responsible role model for them.
