Dear Conscious Families,
I’m a former atypical Pharmacist and Researcher turned a Transformational Life Coach & Intuitive Healer, passionate about nutraceuticals, epigenetics, and medicinal plants. I’m also a yoga teacher, an Acroyoga and Pilates lover and a contemporary dancer. Music is a huge part of my life - I love to sing while playing the acoustic guitar, and of course, dancing and moving my body freely is part of my daily routine, along with yoga and meditation.
In the last years I've been working as a Nanny & Housekeeper living in for conscious families with a gentle parenting approach, as my values in life relate to this, so I always prioritize conscious family with a holistic approach in their life and living tox-free.
I deeply enjoy water sports like windsurfing, SUP, and surfing, as well as the silence of the mountains and wild nature. In fact, I lived in Switzerland for the past eight years. I have a deep love for crystals, animals, the sun, the moon, the stars, children, animals and cooking delicious - wholesome food. I follow a diet, rich in seasonal vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and eggs, and I prioritize organic and consciously sourced food - I like toxin free for my diet and in the environment I live in. I can't eat gluten and I avoid processed gluten-free foods, opting instead for natural ingredients like quinoa, sweet potatoes and sometimes local rice and sorghum. I love cooking at home and experimenting with gluten-free flours when baking sugar-free cakes or pancakes! That said, I also practice intermittent fasting intuitively since years, often skipping dinner.
As much as I cherish shared moments with unconventional and multi-passionate souls, I equally value my own space and solitude to recharge and to connect to my intuition and creativity. The quality I appreciate most in others is genuine curiosity with respect and healthy boundaries. I speak English, Italian (though I’m not particularly fond of it), Spanish, intermediate French, and basic Portuguese. I have worked as a proofreader and account manager for a language and translation company because I love languages and have a keen eye for detail-one of the reasons I’m also drawn to photography and would love to explore it further!
I thrive in tidy and clean spaces and strongly value mutual respect in shared living environments. I am a very straightforward person who values respectful and honest communication. I deeply feel energy and can quickly sense people around. I prefer to surround myself with like-minded individuals who share my values. I am trustworthy and always follow through on my commitments, and I appreciate people who do the same-especially when it comes to agreed-upon tasks, hours, and plans. Of course I am a flexible person too.
I could live happily with good music, surfing, arts, silence, landscapes, sunsets, sunrises, delicious food, animals, sincere hugs and smiles - always close to nature in all its forms!
