Dear Family

I am Eva who has experience as a teaching assistant and day mother at a pre-school.

I am a very young at heart, active and enthusiastic individual with a natural sense of empathy, kindness, patience, and emotional intelligence to interact with children from different age groups.

I have excellent communication and listening skills. It is vital to build a trusting relationship with the parent/s (and the child/children), hence I ensure an open line of communication with a parent/s and update them regularly with regards to their child/children’s progress and addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

To stay up to date with what is happening in the childcare environment I completed 2 Allison courses last year. A Certificate: Basics of Child Development and Wellbeing and Diploma: Childcare and Nutrition. In addition to that I have a degree in psychology and completed an Emotional intelligence and Toast master's course a few years back.

With my warm and friendly demeaner, I create a safe and supportive environment and atmosphere where a child/children will feel free and comfortable to express themselves and explore their potential. I have a natural ability to connect with a child individually, recognizing and celebrating their unique talents and interests.
