Introduction
My name is Thapelo, I am 21 years of age from Johannesburg, South Africa. I would describe myself as a someone who is social and fun to be around. However, my friends and family would rather say I am a nerd. I do enjoy learning, reading and exploring new things that life has to offer. I am very open-minded as it helps me learn and acquire more knowledge that could come in handy for me in the future. I have 7 younger cousins that I always enjoy spending time with. I think the experience teaches me to have more patience in life, and definitely has also taught me patient love. I believe kids have a very calm solitude around them. They are the most relaxed and fun human being to be around with. So, with that being I would like the opportunity to immerse myself in the cultural exchange, to learn a bit more about life and how other families do it. I would be looking forward to learning so many valuable things from a host family that would hopefully propel me for a greater future ahead of me.
