My name is Umulisa, and I am a young woman from Rwanda. I am writing to express my strong interest in becoming an Au pair in Denmark. I am a caring, responsible, and motivated person who truly enjoys spending time with children and supporting families in their daily lives.
I have experience in childcare, caregiving, and household support. I have worked as a housekeeper and waitress in hospitality, where I developed important skills such as cleanliness, organization, patience, and responsibility. In addition, I have informal childcare experience, where I took care of children, helped with feeding, hygiene, and playtime, and ensured their safety while following family routines.
I enjoy creating a warm and safe environment for children. I like playing with them, helping them learn good habits, and supporting their daily routines. I am patient, calm, and attentive, and I always respect parents’ rules and values. I understand that being an Au pair means becoming part of the family, and I am ready to contribute positively to family life.
I am especially interested in Denmark because of its strong family values, safe environment, and respect for cultural exchange. I am eager to learn the Danish language, understand Danish culture, and share my own culture with your family. I believe this experience will help me grow personally and professionally.
In addition to childcare, I am comfortable helping with light household duties such as cleaning, organizing, and basic cooking. I am flexible, open-minded, and willing to learn new tasks according to your family’s needs.
