Dear host family,



I am already very excited about getting to know you. But first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.



My name is Gretchen, I am 25 years old and from Baracatan Davao City in Philippines. With my parents Gemma (49) Bienvenido (59) I have two sisters Claudia (22) Bea (12) and one brother (19) I'm the eldest. I am living in a house that is located in an area full of nature. My father works as technician while my mother is housewife. I completed senior highschool (K-12) last 2021-2022 with a strand of General Academics.



I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person who tries to make the best in every situation. I like spending time with my family and friends; they are as well my family very important to me. Always trying to help. I'm always there for them if they need me.

In my free time, I like to listen to music and cooking and watching movie. Watching movie is one of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy exploring food.



At the moment I work as a nanny/babysitter and housekeeper. I enjoy this very much I am able to bond with kids. I really loves working with kids to help them learn and grow.

For the past 8 years, I took care of children of all ages from two different families. I became very close to them. When my siblings was younger I also took care of them. When our parents was working. Through this time, I have found out how much fun it is to have children around.



The reason why I want to become an Au pair is that auparing gives oppurtunity to work and live abroad and also learn different language and culture while sharing my own. Most importantly, it would be great chance to spend an entire year taking care of children. And of course, it would be great to improve my coms skills and improve my English skills as well.

I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and with your kids. I am looking forward to talking to you
