Child care is not an easy job or obligation of a parents or an employee, as it comes with responsibilities that are necessary and important for the role of the worker. There are many things happen that are unexpected when we are not focused and not well cared especially when they are young, or infant, and as a parent I hope you will cooperate to your employee for Your child's, and be responsible as a parents. I hope you don't let the employee alone to take the responsibilities and everything about the child care because whatever happens to the children you blame the emploee for being irresponsible in the same situation. Our cooperation is a must Let's work together to protect and teach the children. Employee needs you as a partner's to support for the development of your children. Employer and employee have to build a good foundation, and good relationship for the sake of the child or children. Based on my experiences in this field of work should be discussed about things that should and shouldn't to avoid any accident or anythings happen. Employee ar always given concern to care and protect the children. There are things that need to be detailed in each other. Respect is also a great contribution to everyone that the employer should be respect there worker because it's reflect to the children.
