Hello, I’m Amina from Morocco and I’m 20 years old, I am currently a Psychology student, which has given me valuable knowledge about child development and behavior, emotions and communication
I have experience working with children in a nursery and during internships at an orphanage as part of my psychology studies. I truly enjoy being around children, spending time with them and caring for them in a kind and loving way, i love seeing them smile and helping them feel happy, safe and comfortable and supporting them as they explore, learn and have fun.
As part of my academic work, i did a research project on exam stress among school students. This experience allowed me to spend time in a school environment, interact directly with children, observe their behavior, listen to their concerns, and better understand their emotional and psychological needs. It strengthened my ability to communicate with children, build trust with them, and support them with patience and empathy.
In addition to my childcare experience, I have worked in customer service in a call center, communicating with clients in both English and French. This role helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
I also have experience in hospitality and event services, where I learned the importance of organization, teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail. Furthermore, I worked as a VIP hostess during the Africa Cup of Nations 2025, welcoming guests and ensuring they had a positive and professional experience. This role strengthened my confidence, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
I am responsible, caring, patient, cheerful, reliable, and adaptable. I learn quickly, work well with people from different backgrounds, and always strive to create a warm, positive, and supportive atmosphere. My background in psychology helps me understand children’s emotions and needs while ensuring they feel respected, safe, and valued.
