I am hui hsin, a graduate in education with a background in primary school education and a passion for child development. I have a keen interest in the position of a caregiver because it offers me an opportunity to dedicate my educational background and caring nature to children.

My academic journey in the field of education has given me a deep understanding of the needs of children's growth and development, as well as how to create a supportive environment for them. As a primary school teacher, I had the opportunity to directly educate and guide school-age children, nurturing their academic and social skills. This experience instilled in me qualities of patience, effective communication, and organizational skills, which are all crucial in working with children.

Furthermore, my native language is Chinese, and I strongly believe in the power of education to broaden children's horizons. I can teach children to learn Chinese, helping them build multilingual abilities – a valuable asset for children growing up in a multicultural society.

Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of caring for two adorable nephews within the age range of 2 to 5 years old. This experience has further ignited my enthusiasm for interacting with children, providing them with care and guidance. I understand the needs and curiosity of children and can create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them.

Currently, I reside in Monterey, making me an ideal choice as a caregiver as I can collaborate with local families to provide care and education to their children.

I believe that as a caregiver, my responsibility extends beyond just looking after children; it involves fostering their physical and mental development and laying a strong foundation for their future. I aspire to be a caregiver who can help children reach their full potential.
