Hello to the family/families reading this!
I'm Melanie/Mel, Chinese and Malaysian. I've worked as a graphic designer for 4-5 years, wanting a change of pace/scene. I came to this site despite not having any experience yet as an Au Pair or babysitter but I have done similar things growing up and am very much domestically-inclined while practicing (digital) art and writing.
I am very proficient in English, so if you want me to practice reading and/or writing with your child, I am open to negotiate.
I can cook as well. Let me know if there are any food allergies to watch out for and I'll accommodate.
House-cleaning I am moderately good at, unless there are specific methods then please specify!
I can get along well with children - given enough time to get to know and such - and have experience looking after my younger sibling/cousins during infant-hood.
I am very patient and calm as well, rather deal with problem fast and properly. Learn on the go.
