Hi family !

My name is Olivia and I'm 23 years old. I'm from Madagascar, the world's fifth largest island, situated in the Indian Ocean off the coast of southern Africa. I still live there since I was a baby, but these days my childhood dreams is catching up with me. I would love to explore what is over the ocean, I would like to introduce our cultures, our identity to people who are dear to me, and lucky for me, I get along well with kids. I have always loved taking care of children and being a positive influence in their lives.

As a Computer Science student at ENI Fianarantsoa, I often do some internships in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar, where I lived with my old sister Mirana, her husband and their 1 year old son. This experience has given me some skills in caring for children and managing their daily routines.

I consider myself to be an active, a creative and maybe a little talkative person. I'm also patient and understanding, which allows me to connect with children and provide them with a nurturing environment.

I recently got my driver's license, which I obtained in March 2023. I'm comfortable driving, however I need some training to put things right.

I'm fluent in French. Additionally, I have basic knowledge of English and I am eager to improve my language skills during my au-pair experience.

In my opinion, being Au Pair is an amazing experience and fantastic opportunity. I would love to work with children while I improve my English skills. And of course, learn about a new culture and a new country like yours.
