Introduction
Dear Family,
I'm planning to move to Europe permanently and am currently looking for a nanny job in Germany, where I can learn the language and immerse myself in the culture. I am able to care for children, cook simple meals, and do light household chores.
I will apply for the Opportunity Card, or "Chancekarte", which will allow me to stay in Germany for a year.
Last year, I spent three months in Rotterdam looking after my nephews while their parents were away.
I also have au pair experience in London, where I worked for a Dutch-Indonesian family from January to December 2017. I cared for twin girls, aged six, their 11-year-old sister, and the family’s poodle. It was a remarkable experience for me, and I learned a lot about time management due to the girls’ busy schedules.
During that time, I attended English classes from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day and worked from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. My main responsibility was looking after the twins, assisting them with Kumon, homework, and extracurricular activities. I also helped with dinner and light household tasks.
Before that, I cared for my sister’s twins, from newborn up until they were three years old. I can easily get along with children and enjoy spending time with them.
