Hello, My name is Chloe, I am currently living in Munich, Germany but I am looking to relocate somewhere new in the EU or UK over the coming months. With over six years of professional childcare experience, I combine my organizational skills with a practical, solution-oriented approach to childcare. I am always ready to adapt and navigate through stressful situations or accommodate busy lifestyles to help support children's development effectively.

In my current role as an English Learning Guide at Elly Und Stoffl, my team and I care for twelve children in the Krippe (Nursery) aged 6 months to 3 years old , fostering their development through bilingual communication (English and German) and creative activities that inspire our students to grow, discover, and explore. I prioritize creating a safe and engaging environment, incorporating interactive activities and hands-on learning experiences to not only help feed our students personal interests and to promote their Motor and Cognitive skills.

My experience is further complemented by my previous roles as an Assistant Early Years Educator in Ireland and a Holiday-Cover Nanny for a high-profile family in Munich. These positions allowed me to develop strong skills in behavior management, child safeguarding, and fostering open communication with families to ensure each child's and parents' individual needs are met.

I am constantly striving to keep educating myself in Early Childhood Education including gaining certificates in Emergency First Aid, Child Safeguarding and Childcare and EYFS, as well as doing several workshops in Kneipp Therapy and Sleep Therapy specialising in children under 6 years old.

In my free time, I take part in evening dance and yoga classes and try to spend my weekends hiking throughout Bavaria. Since moving to Munich in 2022 I have been making an effort to learn and teach myself German. I am very happy with the level I've achieved throughout the last 2 years and I hope to continue to improve my language skills even after I leave Germany.
