My name is Natascha, I am 22 years old and I was born in Marbella, Spain. At the age of 18 I decided to embark on a path that I loved, which was taking care of children, and I decided to leave my country to go work as a nanny. Thus began my wonderful career that continues today. I currently have 4 years of experience working as a Live-in and Live-out Nanny. I am lucky to have traveled all over the world due to my work, and to say that I have had wonderful experiences with all the families for which I have worked, for whom I have a special affection, highlighting all the children. Thus, I have worked in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and currently reside in the Netherlands, from where I am actively looking for my next family with whom to spend my fifth year as a nanny, and maybe longer. This is something that stands out about me, since I am interested in being involved with a family in the long term, since from personal experience I believe that it is better for all parties, especially for the stability and well-being of the little ones who are the priority in this work.
Thanks to my continuous travels, I have several languages that I use in my day to day, such as English in the first place, Spanish, and German and French to a lesser extent. Therefore, I would be delighted to be able to provide this same knowledge if required or desired.
As for me, I consider myself a fairly organized person, a perfectionist, and who loves to enjoy the pleasures of life, which for me are traveling, reading, and sports and adventures. Yes, I spend my spare time and my job taking express trips, reading, and training whenever I can. I really enjoy adventures, plans like hiking and skydiving, going on a route through a new country, river rafting, they fascinate me and fill me with adrenaline. On the other hand, I am quite conceited and I also enjoy if I go shopping in the city for a day, which contrasts with my more extroverted and adventurous side.
On a professional level, in addition to being a nanny, I have studied Law, since at the time I thought it was a good foundation to have, however, I never loved it, and I always knew that I would never dedicate myself to law, so Since I still have time, I have decided to enter the field of Communication, advertising and marketing, which is what I am passionate about, and train in this field, so the other part of my free time goes into my training and trying to create something different for the future. But in the meantime, I enjoy my work, which gives me vital energy as I call it, since children are a natural energy boost.
Although I am very aware after years in my position, that children are not dolls, and it is not just about having a nice time playing games. So I try to combine those enjoyable moments with caring for them (meals, showers, naps, nighttime routines, school routine, etc, ect, depending on their age), and I also apply the same discipline and rules that their parents teach them. . My goal is none other than to make them feel loved by me and protect them the way their parents would while they are away, which is very difficult since you can never buy a parent with a nanny, but you try. If I get them to be happy, and their stability is the same, then my work is done and that is when I know that I am achieving it.
With all this, I am excited to soon be able to start a new work stage with a great family, with whom I hope to have a connection, communication, and similar values.
