My name is Capucine, I am 18 years old and I come from France. I am currently completing my final year of secondary school with a specialisation in Languages, Literatures and Foreign Cultures (LLCE), which reflects my deep passion for languages and intercultural exchange. I am writing to express my strong interest in joining your family as an au pair, starting from September 2026. Living with a host family, sharing the French language with your children, and experiencing daily life in a new culture is a dream I have been working towards for a long time and I am fully committed to making this experience wonderful for everyone involved. I have been providing childcare for families since September 2022. I look after children of various ages, organising activities, helping with homework, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times. I am punctual, responsible and genuinely enjoy spending time with children their energy and curiosity inspire me every day. Beyond childcare, I bring a wide range of experience that I believe makes me a reliable and well-rounded au pair. I worked as an agricultural worker in 2024, which taught me resilience and the value of hard work. I also spent several years as a coach and competition judge in gymnastics, where I developed strong leadership, communication and stress management skills. On a personal level, I am energetic, empathetic and a good listener. I love sports, travelling and discovering new cultures which is exactly why I chose to pursue this adventure abroad. I also have a great love for animals: I grew up with a dog, two cats and horses, so I am very comfortable in family homes with pets. I speak fluent English, which means I will be able to communicate confidently with your family from day one. At the same time, I am excited to immerse myself even further in the language and culture during my stay. I am looking for a family where I can truly become a part of daily life helping with the children, contributing to the household, and creating lasting memories together.
