My name is Mariana, I’m 22 years old, currently living in France but originally from Portugal. I’m fluent in French, Portuguese and English. I would love to become your next au pair or nanny. I’m a calm, patient, and friendly person with a warm personality and a real love for children.
I’ve been taking care of my little brother since he was 6 months old – he’s now 4 years old. I’m currently still looking after him every day because my parents own a restaurant and work long hours, often coming home very late. I take care of his meals (I don’t cook very much yet, but I’m eager to learn!), playtime, naps, bath time, and everything else during the day. I’m also used to keeping the house clean, especially after a little one!
I truly enjoy spending time with children and learning from them. I’m very open-minded and always ready to learn – if you show me something once, I’ll remember and do it with care.
In my free time, I’m passionate about books, history, art, architecture, nature, and especially the ocean and marine animals – I love animals in general!
This would be my first experience abroad, and I’m excited to step out of my comfort zone, grow as a person, and gain even more experience working with children in a new environment.
