Dear Parents and guardians,

My name is Georgia. I am 28 years old Cypriot/Belgian born in Congo but raised in Cyprus. I have lived in Cyprus now for 20 years, although French is my native language I speak fluent Greek and English. I have a son called Lucas, he is 2 years old and is my everything.

I am very fortunate to come from a large family. I have 4 siblings that i love very much and we are very close.
From a young age I had a love for children, watching them develop and grow and see their characters change is a blessing for me. I first started babysitting when I was in my early teens. I would babysit for family and friends on a regular basis,and also for parents that needed a babysitter.

At 18 years old i left Cyprus and went to Belguim to study childcare. I lived in Belguim for 8 years and along side my studies I also used to Babysit and work in nurseries.

I worked at the commission european nursery for 2 years taking care of children from 0 to 6 years old.

After two years there i had a chance to work for a government nursery for 1 year. The best job i have ever had, i learned so much there from my colleagues, the children, my boss and even the parents we had a very beautiful and understanding relationship.

One of my roles as a childminder was to asses a babys developement, from motor development to intellectual and social development. We did this throughout their daily activities. We always respected the childrens schedules during the day from playing, eating and sleeping.

Then after one year i got an offer from a hospital nursery to work as a childminder for the children of the doctors and also the employees of the hospital. It was such an amazing experience working there because i had chance to work with children with special needs which again taught me a lot of new skills.

In 2020 i got pregnant and returned to Cyprus to raise my child with my Cypriot partner and be close to our families. I decided to stay at home with my son for 2 years and now that my son is 2 years old i am ready to work.

Right now i am taking care of a little girl she is 8 months old, and it feels so nice to be working again and doing the job i have missed so much.
I'm passionate about things that I do, and I love to see kids smiling and laughing.
Seeing them progress from rolling ,sitting crawling ,standing to walking and even when they start saying the first worlds is such a beautiful thing to witness.

I believe I am a very well travelled woman with a variety of different experiences. I am responsible, trustworthy, and patient. I have a driving license. I speak French,Greek, English, Lingala,Swawili, and a little Spanish.
I love travelling with my family and friends, I love going to the gym,I like dancing and walking. I look forward to meeting your children and working together.
